Free Film at St Pauls this Wednesday
This Wednesday 13th April, Brentford Transition will be hosting a screening of the film: "The Power of Community: How Cuba survived peak oil''. This film is a description of how the people of Cuba overcame the loss of most of their oil supply after the collapse of the USSR in th 90s. The screening will take place in the hall at St Paul's church from 7PM. The screening is free (donations are welcome). There will be liquid refreshments available and we are asking people to bring their own food. Location: St Paul’s Church, St Paul’s Road, Brentford, TW8 0PN Directions: St Paul's is next to Brentford Police Station on Half Acre, a few minutes walk from Morrissons, easily spotted by it's steeple. Time: 7PM Date: Wednesday 13th April. Audience: Suitable for all ages.Duration: The film is approx 53 minutes long.
