It is a huge problem and it is just as bad in 'posh' areas as it is in other public areas. The "yummy Mummys' are so arrogant and condascending when pulled up for allowing their dogs to mess anywhere in parks. They always have a reason why. Usually they use their children as an excuse as they of course have 'special children' unlike other peoples children! Always makes me smile! But in St Pauls park today it was all there. Unmuzzled dangerous dogs with their equally dangerous looking owners staring at anyone who comes within thier 100m of personal space, The usual bookies residents enjoying a break from Corals and Paddy Powers to a pee on the trees and decorate the tree bark with a bit of kebab and guinness art, The gang of kids masquerading as footballers whilst really updating the grafitti and the not so yummy mummys displaying their expert knowledge of rustic english language to anyone in a 500m inclusion zone!Scattered in amongst them were people who were really enjoying the new playground and the rest of the park which litter, dogs mess and crumbling paths, is looking better than it has for many years. But really, there needs to be a more physical presence of enforcement officer who need to make examples of those who treat the place with such disdain.
