Sony TV set  free - but you have to collect

'Sony KD 32DX51U with stand' available to somebody who wants it!Can't get my head around throwing a working-clean-as-new-set away so here's hoping somebody wants it!You will need a large boot and a very strong person or two people.  It looks very smart but the room is needed hence reason for passing it on.This is what the set looks like although the stand is slightly different to the picture.http://www.ta-hq.com/digitalbargaincube/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=47

Having checked out e-bay where several of these TV's were listed with no offers on them, we freecycled it and had 5 replies.  TV has been picked up.  :-)

I saw a car drive through the red lights last night - just ducking under the barrier with inches to spare.The barrier on Wood Lane has been subject to damage in the past leaving big enough gaps in the 'arms' for a child to walk through. There are several schools in the area and lots of kiddies waiting at the barriers.I did suggest that there should be emergency contact numbers near the barriers for people to ring and report anything they were concerned about, but as with most things these days there does not appear to be anyone in a responsible position with the want to apply common sense to the situation.  :-(

Thanks Jim - I will look that reference up.  I sent you an e-mail about a garage for sale on Northumberland Avenue, beside Quaker Lane.  Anthony James, Estate Agents, could probably tell you about lets and garages for sale beside the railway at Syon Lane.  I wonder what they go for these days?

That looks a posh TV Sarah. Perhaps that Heart Charity in Ealing who have been advertising a new facility acepting electrical goods could be contacted. I believe Susan Kelly on the Ealing / w4 Forums has mentioned them.Good to see you on the Forum again.
