Met police survey is impossible to complete

It seems the problems with the way our police are organised is also clearly demonstrated by its online survey. It is impossible to answer the questions as the system does not allow you to rate different questions with the same rating.Very clever, I wonder how much this cock-up cost?

The Council also have their complaints procedure structured so that the statistics indicate they hit their targets, but they certainly don't.  Is this democracy!Sam
