Right to protest?

Okay, seeing as it is nice and quiet over here at present, I have a question that maybe you have some expertise over.If you had an issue with a group (Quakers in fact) could you do a silent protest outside their meeting house without being arrested?  Would you be able to hand out flyers and maybe walk around with a notice board, again without being arrested?The person intends to stand/walk on the pathway and not block anyone from entering or passing their meeting house.

Hello Vanesssa.  Quakers are just people and are quite capable of hiding behind a personna of being 'reasonable'.  I think the idea is to stimulate the notion that they have something to answer as there is no other way of addressing the situation.

I have always thought Quakers are extremely reasonable people. Has the person with the grievance tried talking to them first or even sought to get someone to mediate between them?
