A new Red Top in Town

Has anyone else noticed that Hounslow Matters has become a red-top? Is this an attempt to snap up some of the punters left bereft by the lack of NOTW?  Or is it that red ink is cheaper than purple and this is part of the austerity measures?Can any councillors shed some light on this?
