Just back from holiday, I see the the local police have wasted a load of public money destroying a public servants grow op; or as the brain dead or suffering from the effects of propaganda would call it ' A drugs factory'. What is wrong with you people, have you left your brains in a pickle jar. Were drugs being manufactured? were there a number of drugs? were they assembling, mixing or creating drugs in a factory? NO! is the answer; they were apparently growing plants. I would just like to on behalf of the six million or so regular users of cannabis in the UK, Good on them and thanks.The British government has invested / given £10 million pound of our taxes to a company who are trying to monopolize cannabis medicine while prosecuting people for using cannabis on the grounds it has no medical value; So why did we give £10 million to GW Pharmaceutical? In order for them to purchase the seed lines / genetics of Hortipharm NL, the directors of which are the man who made the fist skunk plant. The genetics of which he bought to Holland from California in the early seventies And his partner RC Clark Author of 'Cannabis Botany - A guide to breeding distinctive cannabis strains'.These two men are largely responsible for the whole indoor growing revolution and most of the modern strains of cannabis. For approximately 30years they supplied most of the Dutch cannabis seed companies. When the police would turn up they would show them their licence from the government that said they had a R&D licence and the police would leave.About 1-2 years before Tony Blair handed over (not lent) 'our' £10million to his mate, the French had made an inquiry of the Dutch government over Hortipharm and its R&D licence as they were interested in making medicine and had heard about the company. The Dutch government however had not and began in investigation during which it was established that no government department and no government official would admit to having granted Hortipharm a licence. The Dutch government withdrew the licence and effectively banned cannabis seed production in the Netherlands; Basically the licence had been obtained fraudulently. It is at this point that Toni and his mate at GW Phama appeared and privatised medicinal cannabis with our money. It was claimed that the seed lines came from a 'licensed R&D company' a blatant lie!I wrote to the Home office nearly a year ago asking who knew the truth when this purchase was made; I still await a response.If you have any doubt about how hand in glove our government still is in this attempt to not only privatise but monopolise cannabis when only has to look at where GW are based; Porton Down.As my family and I left the UK for Ireland, anti terrorist police aka Special branch had me out of the car and searched on the ground that people like me can't expect to be allowed free passage though British ports, I was arrested for a small amount of medicinal cannabis despite the fact Ireland has announced it intends to recognise medicinal cannabis. I was held over night and had to take another ferry and trains across Wales and Ireland to rejoin my family. I should have realised when I got the letter from Baroness Browning identifying me as someone who has written to Earl Howe, the Prime Minister, James Brockenshire and others at the home office (Questioning the truth of this deal. It would appear that I am now on a watched list or can Special Branch not tell the difference between a person that grows plants with chemical fertilizers and those that blow thing up with them; it's just as well I can!Oh and no the grow op was nothing to do with me and I don't know who's it was. I did I wouldn't tell on them to me and people like me they are just supplying our demands and that is no crime, if they where stealing electric they should be charged for it as that is a crime. I only hope what they produced was clean and of good quality; prohibition is forcing for to much poisonous s**t onto the streets and thats our governments fault.Legalise-regulate and protect the consumer, make use of it as a taxable business and stop throwing millions down the drain over it whilst paying millions to dodgy individuals trying to monopolize privatise.Skunk makes your children mental it also makes the medication and its no coincidence that so much negative press came out as soon as these genetics were purchased.
