All the power went off at around 12.10 and didn't come back on until about an hour later. It went as far as Hounslow, did it affect anywhere else?

Four and a half hour outage last night. Is there any way to find out the cause of power cuts? Is this the shape of things to come because I remember the 70s and it was no fun?
