It is not that the playing fields are under threat but that they are unable to fund the renovation of their pavilion or extend activities on the site without a large influx of cash. Meanwhile the residents of Boston Gardens are waiting for the charity to find money to pay for the trees surrounding the site to be trimmed before their gardens disapear under the falling leaves!
