That's a greater challenge than what's left over in the vegetable drawer! We're encouraged to buy so much and then find it hard work to use it up. Scaling down to cut out waste can be quite hard but can save you a lot of money.

That reminds me that I was impressed on Monday to learn that Camden are running 20 odd rubbish carts and vans on biomethane made from food waste !I wonder how many miles you get from a rotten tomato.
