Yet again we the Tax Payer have to give Billions of Pounds a year to equip council houses,town halls,hospitals and other public buildings with the latest green technology under proposals by the wonderful European Commission. Although all Local Authorities and other public bodies are already struggling with spending cuts they will be obliged to fit schools,swimming pools and libraries with the latest technology insulation,boilers,generators and windows.All this when our NHS is going down the drain, you just couldn't make it up.Nick Clegg called the Tories who want to claw back powers from Brussels"extremists" there speaks a guy who has a bloody good pension from the aforementioned EU! before he was an MP he was an MEP.
