Just going back to basics, planning permission (and listed building consent for any internal or external work) would be required to change the court to a public house. But an objection based solely on the identity of the company running the pub wouldn't be a valid one, so either its okay to convert the court into a pub or it isn't, nothing to do with who the operator is.Can't remember last time I frequented a Wetherspoons for that matter...
