Nicholas Sarkozy to present proposals for EU Treaty Changes today what will it mean for the UK?
I suggested last week that Ms.Merkel and Mr Sarkozy would initiate a new structure to the treaty whereby if financially ailing countries do not agree to be run by the EU they will in reality be told that they must leave the EU. Should this be allowed is it fair no of course it isn't this would mean that countries sovereignty would no longer exist.There is also talk of a two tier Euro not feasible if this is on the table then countries should revert back to their own currencies giving them once again a viable exchange rate which would boost their economies vastly, quite frankly we no longer go to the continent for holidays because it is too expensive, we sooner choose a country with their own exchange rate.Let's just hope that our politicians who are attending do not give anything away on these proposals.
