Virgin Media dead

Anyone else have this problem? the website says all fine but no phone, internet or TV.Cannot get past the security mess on the 0845 number (and can't use the free number from a Virgin phone, cos I don't have one!)Any ideas?

mine appears to be fine also - how did u post if the internet is down?  Presume you are not at home.

Ours is O.K. wish the same could be said for the much lauded TiVO box!

Mine's fine. Has the cable been blown loose outside? That's the only thing that springs to mind.
