Dave Wetzel speaks at a Public Meeting on Land Tax on January 12 in Chiswick
Hounslow Green Party have arranged a Public Meeting to discuss Land Tax at 7pm , Thursday, January 12th, 2012 at the George IV Pub, 185 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick W4 2DR. Dave Wetzel, a well known expert on the subject will be speaking. All are very welcome to attend and entry is free. There will be a collection to cover costs.In the meeting Dave will review problems with the current tax system and suggest Land Tax as an alternative. Land Tax could address issues such as poverty, unemployment, high cost housing and urban sprawl. It could also help prevent the rich taking their assets abroad.
