I just came on here to have a bit of a rant about this leaflet. I'm sorry - I'm all for the regeneration of Brentford  - but this leaflet is awful.Nowhere on the leaflet does it really state the purpose of the leaflet or the project."Key Issues, Responses and Actions Diagram" - this is an incredibly bad way of presenting the information: * The small circles limit each point to a very short length. Many of them need expansion to make sense. "How will the design create character of the yards?" What yards? What design? There's not even a brief overview on the leaflet. We didn't get the first newsletter so there is not context. * Pastel colours with white text is hard to read even for someone with good sight. Incredibly difficult for someone with poor sight, especially combined with small text size. * Difficult to remember progress - have I already read that branch? * On a purely aesthetic level, text alignment is haphazard.Who are Ballymore? The leaflet doesn't explain this. Where is the money coming from for this? Is it purely commercial or taxpayer funded?"Diary of events / By invitation" - who's invited? Why are some of these closed? Not explained."See centre spread for more information about the Reference Group" - that's not very clear where it is on a fold out leaflet. It turns out it is on the other side on the top left, which really doesn't sound like the "centre spread".Stakeholder map - I'm not sure where to start with this.: * Whilst knowing who the stakeholders are may be important, do I really need to know where they are all located in the local area? What is the purpose of this graphic? I'd rather find out who they are and how they can represent me. * A numeric and colour key. With three shades of blue and then purple? There is no swatch of colour above the groups - just the text - a very small area of colour to compare to and not immediately apparent. With good sight, it takes effort to differentiate between them. If you had 50 groups, there may be need to use three blues. But with 7 groups, very different colours could have been chosen. * Regardless, one contiguous block of numbers could have been used and would mean you wouldn't need to use colour to work out which 01 you are looking at. * The "Brentford site boundary" grey. Is that the really dark grey patch south of the High Street, or the whole middle grey patch across the whole map? Regardless, what do the other two greys in the map mean? No mention of alternative language or accessibility. What happens if I am partially sighted, blind or don't speak English? The whole thing doesn't really inform me of anything. I don't know what the project is, and if I didn't have web access, there would be no way of finding out.
