Daylight Savings Bill Could Cut Night Flights at Heathrow

No it won't.And frankly only a complete idiot could believe it would. It would just shift the night flights to the end of the day, making the last arrival after midnight!

I think I tend to agree - and the full case isn't really explained.But it might present an opportunity to negotiate with the next lot of night flight restrictions being consulted on. Could we shift the timing of the first arrival without giving way on the time when night restrictions start ?
