Moonlight serenade in Turnham Green?

According to an internal party bulletin the Conservatives will be canvassing in Turnham Green today with constituency MP Mary Macleod in attendance on what it describes as "SuperSaturday".The bulletin urges supporters to "Meet at 2am at the corner of Chiswick High Road and Duke's Avenue".Rather them than me.

Well David, I was there at 2am all on my ownsome waiting to go out canvassing.Actually I was contemplating going out canvassing for you here in Isleworth but I'm not that brave.

I am glad to see that Phil Andrews is now reading Conservative Party internal communications. Perhaps he was given a special edition which mentioned 2 am rather than  2 pm just to confuse people like Phil. Those taking part, including MP's and councillors, had no difficulty in turning up at the right time and place.
