Hi MattThanks for this and I will have a proper read a later on today though the two things that jumped out at me was that there is no longer an s106 Sub Committee at IBAC which I am astonished at considering the amount of money that has beed lost over the years to the local area and also that scheme 267 looks to have been written by the officer withough any legal or financial comments let alone that a deed of variation was agreed in 2009 which she was involved with but now seems to have forgetten about
