Locata

Does anyone out there understand this system?  Where I live a flat became vacant about 4 weeks ago.  I have been waiting for this flat to appear on Locata but it never has.  About a week or so ago I saw a middle aged man and a young woman looking through the windows.  Today I noticed curtains up.  I don't know who has been allocated this flat but I do know it has never been advertised on Locata.  Is this normal practice?

Well we STILL have two empty family houses on Twickenham Road, agreed one is being worked on - at a snail's pace, you'd never guess we had a housing problem would you?

I don’t know about it being normal practice, but it does happen, Hounslow Homes works in very mysterious ways.I am told, after being asked to view numerous Hounslow Homes properties you get to know the regulars who are along for the ride. You turn up hand your details to the Hounslow Homes representative; don’t bother viewing the property and walk strait out, if asked why by the rep, answer, because I know I am not going to get it.
