Free courses for teenagers

My teenagers have been attending courses in the summer holidays run through LBH at West Thames College.  I have just dropped off my 15 year old for a web design course running from 10.00am to 4.00om for the whole week.  He went on the same course last year and loved it coming away with his web page ready to up-load (or what ever you do with it...).  The previous year his older brother attended the video editing course and the first aid course which he was able to use a few weeks later when a motorcyclist was hit by a car in front of him.  I think that they have some vacancies? Bookings are through their box office on 0845 456 2840.  I was under the impression that the video editing course had 2 people start this morning so they might let people start tomorrow?  It is worth asking about..

Come on LBH - you put such a great deal of effort into running these courses each year - how's about some forward advertising so people can plan the possibility of their teens using them in the Summer hols?So much is being talked about by way of occupying the teens, so will the courses be expanded to include other subjects such as cooking?  West Thames College have pretty good kitchen facilities.

Anyone know what is going to happen with this Summers courses?  It is useful to know some time in advance for the planning that has to be done to cover the Summer holidays ...Oh, Okay, I know it is a bit early, but I want to ask, in the planning this year will they be able to run some cookery/chef/hygiene courses using the kitchens at West Thames?  I have asked for the last few years, but never at a time when this could be planned into the programme!
