I hadn't considered that..it's just possible..perhaps dropping the top rate to 45% will have them flooding Revenue and Customs with cash,but then again.

A liar or a fool? Its in the job spec though isn't it? After all we've had Brown and Darling and even that grey haired bloke that went on to become PM after Thatcher. Ed Balls would also qualify wouldn't he?
