Charity Game at Griffin Park this Sunday

It cannot have escaped anyones notice that local lad Connor Whipp is the subject of a host of charity events. He has a severe form of cancer called Neuroblastoma and needs a heck of a lot of money to get him to the USA for a life saving operation.Flights have been sorted, for free by an airline.Anyway there is a footy game at Griffin Park this Sunday - 1pm KO between 2 sets of fans and a host of ex players.Paul Gibbs, Marcus Gayle, Ijah Anderson, Nathan Elder, Glenn Poole, Andy McCulloch and Gus Hurdle to name but a few.Free entry, just bring some spare change for raffle prizes and donations and we hope to raise a few grand on the day.

I believe the original total required was £250kI think they are over half way now, thatnk to events around the 6 nations, some golf events and collections at many football grounds.
