A gentleman by the name of Matthew Benham, a boyhood Brentford fan who made his millions on the betting markets of the world but mainly asia.He is putting in unsustainable funds into the club at the moment - which is a worry on the face of things, but most Brentford fans are confident that this is friendly debt.

Richard,I am very pleased that money is being invested. Who is/are the investor/s?Not knowing how much, a really large amount is needed.

and Brentford have a pub on each corner of their ground !Unique in the whole world of football that is...and lets not forget the 1929/30 season when Brentford set a record of wunning all 21 home games - a record yet to be matched or beaten.
The Bees are also the only London side to have never been beaten by Arsenal.

Richard, Brentford's main investor has been diverting a lot of money into the club recently. Funding a larger playing budget and a new academy. We hope to see the fruits of this in the next 5 years and also progress off the pitch as the Bees seek a new stadium.BFC are on the rise. Chelsea may have won the Champions League but have they ever won the London War Cup ? NO they have not.
Can't get excited about Sam and his anti-football football I'm afraid.

Ahem! What about The Hammers then?

I have not watched Brentford for donkey years, but watching them on Sky pleasantly surprised me. If the board of BFC were to invest some money they too would be very, very pleased.
