CPZ Hamilton Road

With Hamilton road getting a CPZ, all the non- residents / commuters / visiting football fans will shift to adjacent non CPZ roads. This will make things intolerable for residents in those adjacent roads, especially on match days. Why can't we have a proper strategy for this rather than a piecemeal approach designed to slowly force the whole area to accept CPZ reluctantly. The CPZ hours in Hamilton road also completely miss the urgent need for controlled hours on weekday evening home fixtures, when parking in the area becomes almost impossible.

When the Council tried to introduce a CPZ a couple of years ago they said they would not do it piecemeal.  All the streets had to be in agreement or there would be no CPZ at all.  How come this huge turnaround on policy now?Matt Harmer - an explanation please.

We need CPZ with proper controlled hours in all streets around Griffin Park. The whole area between Albany Road, Half Acre, Windmill road, railway, Ealing Road. Football fans can use proper parking facilities at Morissons, Layton Road, Albany Parade, and others.
