Grrrrrrrrrr!
What is it with trying to buy a new kitchen? Why, why, why do you have to go along with the nonsense of having a "consultant". We pretty much know what we want and where it is going so what we need is to get dimensions and prices O.K.? No, apparently it's not. I really don't need a "consultant" to try and flog me what I don't want, and if I were buying a fridge or furniture then I wouldn't expect a visit from some bod to tell me where to place them - madness! This is just consumer blackmail, we were told in one shop yesterday they don't give out a price list - you HAVE to have a "consultants" appointment. Frankly I have neither the time nor the inclination, excuse me I'm the customer.
