Library consultation

Thanks to BrentfordTW8.com I have attempted twice to complete the library consultation. However twice when I have clicked next it has brought me to the beginning again rather than the next page of the questionnaire.What luck have others had? It is very important to complete so that it is understood that residents do care about our libraries.Hazel Dakers

I do wish people would stop having "visions" - surely the place for those is in a religious community. I do agree the questions were weird and I can't think what good they'll do.

Worked OK for me just now.The questions seems to be out of the famous "Yes Minister" sketch. Something like "Do you want a first class library service?" to which you either "Strongly Disagree" or "Strongly Agree" with scale of 1-10 in between.JL.

All I can say is that it worked fine for me. One page for entering thoughts, second page to review them and submit.Didn't think much of the questions though.

I have made enquiries by email through the library service ie Laing. It seems that it is a Hounslow survey rather than theirs. My emails have been forwarded and Hounslow is said to be treating it "as a matter of urgency".Should I hear that it is fixed I will let you know!Hazel
