Couldn't agree more - as I have got older - gracefully - mind you - I have understood much better the need to keep active and eat properly and above all LISTEN to the advice given. When you are young you can afford to get away with things that don't really affect you - not so once you hit your 50s. I now exercise regularly, watch how we all eat, and as a result my health has improved and my weight gone down by a lot. It's also the case that I have a good GP who keeps a regular check and I have seen more hospital waiting rooms than I care to mention for tests and tests and more bloody tests just to arrive at what my GP originally suggested three years ago!
