Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for a Package to come from the USA please?

I think planes sometimes stop at an eastern airport to refuel and fill up on people/cargo so even one leaving from Calif. may be delayed.

Package was a 10x8 Card envelope with Photos inside (signed) it was sent on Monday 22 October (not from the Eastern side) usually when my friend sends me a package it takes about 5-7days, but this 1 hasn't arrived yet.
May be adversely affected by current conditions on the eastern seaboard.

Small packages,letters and cards usually take 7-14 days.JL.
