Gillette - Filming

Does anyone what they are filming at the old Gillette building?

Wow!  there was certainly a mass of Film Industry vehiclesin front of the Gillette Building when drove by this afternoon (on the way to Brilliant Brentford!) and there seemed to be an overflow into the Nat West Bank car park as well.I saw the double decker bus...that could be the dining room.

Invasion of Brentford has begun, they have seen the Brentford is Brilliant signs and have made plans to take it over...the Libyans are coming !

Why anyone would want to actually stay there is beyond me.Lovely looking, yes, great bar and rooms, yes, but the breakfast there, possibly the most important thing you do when staying away in a hotel, was diabolical!Buffett is over £20 a head, but you'll get a better meal at The Apprentice for a lot less.

I can see Clooney,Pitt,Damon and Willis leaning on the bar and chewing the fat whilst Charlize serves them pints of Fosters...or am I thinking of Edward Hopper  ;-)

Mark the postie was telling me the other night that many Hollywood stars have stayed at the Waldorf on Syon Park so maybe these two stayed there too.

They were but principal filming ended on Tuesday so I'm guessing they've moved on.

They're filming the sequel to the Bruce Willis/Helen Mirren film 'Red' called..... 'Red 2'!
