TfL are currently consulting on a proposal to cease operating the Summer Sunday extension of bus route 267 from Fulwell Garage to Hampton Court Palace. Needs to be properly publicised, I had forgotten it went to Hampton Court, we used to use it a lot on summer weekends as well as the 65 to the zoo

The 27 used to go to Richmond on Sundays and I think onto Twickenham and Teddington many moons ago very useful.The 65 used to go all the way to Leatherhead. I remember doing that run with my mates on a red bus rover once and the memory of those old RT buses doing near 60mph down the A243 was better than any fairground ride at Chessington!The 267 to Hampton is a good and easy ride and really TfL are failing to market the sunday extensions.If they played their cards right they could even have a timetabled heritage service with vintage buses on occasional sundays.

On the very rare occasion we use the service on a Sunday to pop along to the Hampton Palace area for a drink or a meal we seem to always be the only ones on the bus going in both directions so I am not surprised at all they are scrapping it

Sad, I used it last year with friends visiting London, river cruise from Westminster to HC. Timing/tides did not allow for a visit to the palace, late lunch etc and a return journey by boat so 267 was very handy, if pretty empty!

A shame but if it's not being used then it's justified. Try getting off at Fullwell & walking down through Hampton Hill High St & using the various gates into Bushey Park & walking over towards Hampton Ct/Kingston & getting the 65 back to Brentford via Richmond.
