Thomas, calm down dear...I didn't mentioned the murder rate or perhaps it's those small fairies in your mind telling you to be your usual arsey self...if there is one stabbing it is 'too regular' imo.Or perhaps you think otherwise.Happy New Year.

"Indeed Phil a very sad and all too regular occurance nowadays."Really?  The murder rate in London's at a historic low, actually, but don't let facts spoil your day (Hounslow's one of the least likely boroughs to get murdered in, too)."This and the last government have been so wet for so long that is unbelievable. "What's your explanation for the massive drop in murders in London since 2004 then?  Fairies?

Keith you  are 100% correct, but I know that someone can arrested for carrying a knife, and likewise if some prat is caught a second time. Caught a third time and one goes to caught. This and the last government have been so wet for so long that is unbelievable. One can only hope that this government does all that they say will do, but don't hold your breath.

Indeed Phil a very sad and all too regular occurance nowadays. Carrying a knife,whether it is used or not, needs to carry a mandatory long prison sentence imo.
