Disruption to Tube, Overground and SW Trains this weekend (19-20 Jan)

Disruption to London Underground, Overground and Southwest Trains services this weekend (19-20 January)Due to planned engineering work this weekend (19-20 January) the following services will be affected:District line:There is no service this weekend between West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond. Piccadilly line:There is no service this weekend between Hammersmith and Acton Town/Ealing Common, and no service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge.NB:  To travel between Central London and Heathrow Airport: take the Central line to Ealing Broadway, change there for the District line to Acton Town and connect with the Piccadilly line to Heathrow.. To travel between Heathrow Airport and Central London, take the Piccadilly line to Acton Town, change to the District line to Ealing Broadway and connect with the Central line. This journey is step-free between Heathrow and Ealing Broadway in both directions.London Overground: There is no service this weekend between Willesden Junction and Richmond.Rail Replacement Buses:Service A: Richmond - Kew Gardens - Gunnersbury - Chiswick Park - Turnham Green - Stamford Brook - Ravenscourt Park - Hammersmith.Service B: Acton Town - Gunnersbury - Chiswick Park - Turnham Green - Stamford Brook - Ravenscourt Park - Hammersmith.Service C: Acton Town - Hammersmith.Southwest Trains:Due to engineering work between Twickenham and Hounslow / Virginia Water on Sunday 20 January, the following changes will apply:Buses replace trains between Twickenham / Hounslow and Virginia WaterOne train an hour will run between London Waterloo and Reading via Wimbledon and WeybridgeOne train an hour will run between Weybridge and Reading, calling at Addlestone and ChertseyA revised train service will run to / from Kingston, connecting at Twickenham with replacement buses One train an hour will run between London Waterloo and Hounslow, connecting with a replacement buses to Virginia WaterReplacement buses will run between Twickenham and Virginia Water, also between Twickenham and Windsor & Eton RiversideTrains between Ascot and Guildford will be revised to connect at Ascot with the amended Reading trains.This information has been obtained from the TfL and Southwest Trains websites.  No responsibility will be taken by the Borough for its accuracy.For more information:  www.tfl.gov.uk and www.southwesttrains.co.uk
