Garden birds

Please remember to put food out for them if you can.

The last person I knew who had knicker elastic in their sewing kit was probably my Grandmother!I cannot imagine our squirrels being tired of trying to get the food out of the feeders - these feeders have only survived because they are metal.  The last plastic ones lasted a couple of hours before they managed to shred them and knock them onto the floor to eat the contents....  :-(

If you have any spare knicker elastic Sarah you can tie a feeder to a branch or a post and watch the squirrels bounce up and down on the feeder until they get tired of it.Does blow about in the wind though.
