Snow depth...

Cleared my car late pm (gently to avoid kids damaging my paintwork for snowballs) and thought depth 4 inches plus. No wind or drifting, just a steady fall from c.8.30am until c.3.00pmHigher snowfall than reported elsewhere. Anyone else collaborate?Walked either side of the High Street and apart from pavement crossing points, pavements largely unsalted..... Enjoyed my walk round Ferry Quays and the dock..

Yes, same here for times of snow.  As far as I know, no gritters on side roads here or pavements.  A very LIGHT  sprinkling of grit on railway footbridge at Brook Lane North. Seems to be thawing a bit.

Just over 4 inches on top of garden walls, table and cars.
