You really should let things lie now Nicola.How you can say the things you have said and then criticise others for their attitude toward immigrants,as you have recently done on the Acton forum,and call it a 'dig' when your double standards are highlighted beggars belief.You dragged the issue onto this site,and as I have previously lived in Acton,Chiswick and Ealing I am as entitled to comment on the forums as the next person.

Not sure what is going on here but I find the traffic light ‘windscreen washers’ very offensive, intimidating and dangerous and although Jays are not on the list posted above, Jay walking windscreen washers certainly should be stopped.

Paul,This is from a thread on the Acton forum that Nicola has dragged over here .Unless the code of conduct changes and I have to refer to you before posting.I'll carry on...'It is by forbidden by law to shoot animal unless they are vermin(rats,then only with a clean kill).It is also forbidden to shoot birds unless they are magpies carrion crows,jackdaws and all pigeons.It is definitely forbidden to shoot windscreen wiper pests,but they are vermin' Your words exactly when you made your post about east european windscreen washers.If it is 'out of context'(that old chestnut) perhaps you could say how it could be 'in context' as a reasonable thing to say.Perhaps you should,in light of what the last paragraph suggests,be less ready to get on your high horse about what others think.

Without going through the string, was there not reference to the criminal gang (masters) who control these people, they are the real pests. Neither you or I ever mentioned a particular race, unlike that bigot, Jane Kelly, she of the Salisbury Review in her inflammatory article (along with others I found, penned by her.)  If she had a website, she would get slaughtered.Even our Government are now on the bandwagon, targeting Romanians, wanting to prevent them coming here in 2014.  Tighter boarder controls, no unskilled workers etc etc.  I'm not up to speed on this, but, it was put out in news items, yesterday.When something gets taken out of context, by someone with tunnel vision it does cause problems but, the situation was defused and, she calmed down.You are now aware of my circumstances, so I would say I'm the last person to throw stones.  I think you picked up on it, before our "pet" put the abbreviation in full.  C'est la Vie.

Where does it state that I said you identified them as Romanians? The only thing you identified them as was 'vermin'.Whatever nationality,race or creed they were your description is way out of order.Or do you think I'm wrong and that they are fair game for your nonsense?

I really couldn't care less.You have brought my comments onto yourself by your disgusting vile racist reference to the Romanians who stand at junctions and have the temerity to try to wash your car windscreen as 'vermin' who should be shot.Bearing in mind the historical dimension of that word,as regards one Adolf Hitler and his use of it to describe people of your own heritage,I would have thought you might have learned the lesson of history.Obviously not.I'd keep your this sorry episode in your own history quiet if I were you.
