My wife bought a Ipad from CEX (online using a Debit Card) in December 2012, she recvd it January 6th and it was not working, she contacted CEX who asked her 2 send it back (recd Delivery) so she did and got confirmation on the 13th January they had recvd it back and was going to issue a FULL refund. Since then she hasn't had a penny from them.She has sent around 10 emails 2 them and gets the same thing, because of Xmas we are backed up on orders and will deal with your order soon. She has informed them its a Refund not a Order and have threatened them with Solicitors but they seem to not care. She sent a email to the CEO who has ignored her email. Its been a while now and still she has had no refund which i feel is totally out of order.Is there anything she can do to get her payment off them quicker?
