Indians in Brentford

I recently came across a post which was a shout out for an Indian community on the Chiswick forum and decided to reach out and see if we could do something similar in Brentford.It would be nice to meet up once in a while, somewhere in Brentford or around, to discuss and share culture or maybe just meet new people/families. Let me know if any of you out there would be interested, then we could get more organized and plan stuff. Cheers !!!

Hi allA number of us, Indians, have exchanged mails  and planned to meet on 25th May at Brickoven Milano on Chiswick High road around 4pm. They also have a nice little play area inside where the little ones can be kept busy.  Would love to have as many people join us as possible.So please spread the word and let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Alpa.  I have never visited the Gymkhana, but it is something I had on my mind to do, to see what is there.  Their web site suggests it is open to everyone and that other events go on there too.Socialising through sport is something our area is very rich with and I found a list of ‘walking for life walks’ which mentioned the Gymkhana as a venue for regular walks along with the new sports ground at Wood Lane.  I turned up to the sports ground at Wood Lane for my first week, to find that the information on line was out of date and they had stopped using the running track.  I don’t know about the Gymkhana yet.

It is a place where people can get together for a drink/food.Events take place as well.
