Busch Corner/Twickenham Road Incident?

Does anybody know if there has been an incident/accident at the Corner/Twickenham Road this evening? Police are at the scene with diversions in place and the area has been cordoned off.

I'm hearing third party rumours that somebody was run down by a police car answering a call.  No idea at this stage whether this is true, but I hope nobody is seriously injured.
