'Spinning' Cubes on Shepherds Bush Green

I was driving past today and wondered if anyone who travels past there can confirm something...Are the 2 cube sculptures on the south-east side of the Green meant to give an optical illusion spinning effect from afar? Or do I need to get an eye test ASAP?

I saw them today.and knowing that they were a topic on the Forum here I looked hard at them as I await for the traffic lights to turn green.One of the two cubes did indeed start to turn..being pushed by one lad and climbed on by another. It's certainly different.Brentford could do with some!
