'5369' new homes in TW8'  Should we be worried about this?

'5369 new homes in TW8'  Should we be worried?Does this mean that the existing properties will rise or fall in value? What about school places, doctors, dentists not to mention parking!

That's without the plans for a massive increase in housing in Isleworth which is also in the area that would use WMUH, bearing in mind that primary schools are already under colossal pressure for places, which in time will impact in the secondary sector.

What is the source of the information? 5369 is unusually high
