Front Garden Wall

Does anyone have recommendations for brickwork services in the area? I'm looking to have a front garden wall put in, possibly with some railings and would like to employ someone local (doesn't have to be a company, so an example of work would be great).Also, if you have any idea what should I be expecting to pay for a 3m x 2m wall that would be great!

Is it in a conservation area?There may be design/material guidelines.

Sorry, I meant for one wall to be 3m (length) x 1m (height) and another 2m (length) x 1m (height).

I should point out that if this front garden wall is adjacent to a road/public highway, you will require planning permission if any part of it is over 1 metre in height.
