Parking restrictions on Brook road South from 7 Oct to 31 Dec

Thank you Hounslow for putting an unnecessarily long 3 month no parking at any time restriction starting from the rear of number 38 Brook road South at the junction of Lateward road to outside nos 24-26. Do you know how much disruption and inconvenience this will cause all the residents in the vicinity? Did you even bother to consider the impact this will have on already congested parking in the area? Did you even think to consult with residents about the length of time the restriction will apply? No?  That is because you are incompetent, inconsiderate and ineffective!

Concerning! Where is the evidence that safety regulations are being confavened? It needs to be raised with Hounslow Homes. I did see the reports re exploding pavements the HSE is concerned about. It's how much this preparation work and re routing is costing and the fact that the cable routing breaches the minimum safety distances for multiple high voltage cables near dwellings.The cost is being borne by local taxpayers and makes these 2 houses more costly than places in The Butts.But also places a health risk to several homes and a safety risk to pedestrians.You may recall the exploding pavements reported earlier this year. Which is why regulations exist to avoid wherever possible multiple highvoltage cables and gas pipes being within close proximity.They were not before but are now.

It's presumably for work to reroute power cables for the new houses - but why this needs a three month no waiting or parking restriction that will remove at least ten parking spaces is a mystery.
