2 Questions i need help with

Q1. I have a Photo its been in a frame 4 Years but a bit of it is stuck 2 The glass how can i get it off The Glass without ripping the Photo?Q2. There was a story in last weeks Hounslow Chronicle on Page 5 "Beware Scam on free Site" how can i find that story online i tried searching for it on the Chronicle site but cant ind it?Thank U
