So: where are the sites of cobble stones still...in Brentford?

Ok: Ferry Lane for starters...but where else?

I believe cobbles exist in 3 places.1) Dock Road see below..really fabulous and notice the GWR initials2)Behind the Beehive pub..near the whelk stall.3)At that garage opposite the Northumberland Arms at Brentford Bridge. I'm should I saw an area of cobbles. These would have been part of Brentford Town Station goods yard!!4) Anymore cobbles elsewhere?  Ferry Lane? Town Meadow depot?

There are indeed some on the Butts....a few are on the  driveway to the first house as you enter from the entrance 'cross from the nick.

Nigel, What is a granite set and where are they on Dock Road? Are they something to do with the foundations of the dock and provide support/protection?
