Not often this will happen but praise for the staff member at Hounslow Homes who has distributed a letter of apology to our home and others for the appalling noise radiating from Brook Road South where heavy plant began operating on Sunday morning, Remembrance Sunday.Hat's off too to the few chaps who took on the mouthy crew at 8.30 am. I'm afraid I watched from my window. They had more guts than me.!!I know the development site is highly contentious but thats down to political games and not the contractors.But in this instance, it's good to see that HH will not tolerate this kind of practice, and have made it clear in writing.
