What is your wish for Christmas?

Lets get some debate going....If you had a wish for Christmas what would it be?For Your part of EalingFor the Borough of EalingFor LondonFor the UKFor EuropeFor the WorldI have two, for affordable housing in London, end to nimbyism in planning and better design (I would say that as I work for a Housing Association)For the world, a recognition of, and action taken as a result of Global Warming. Stop debating the possibility, take action to reduce the potential disaster to our environment. Sorry folks but I may have to mention the 'T' word in this context.What do you think? Our neighbour does it every year; that is decorating the outsde of his home. Each year he improves on the last and although, not my sort of thing, at least he makes an effort and should be congratulated for it. Must cost a fortune?

GarethA BMW R1150 GS or similar would be very nice when your boat comes in. Very useful for trips to Ascot. All you need now is for the magic six numbers. I wonder how it feels to get the winning numbers and find out that you had to share the jackpot with say 5 others? Elation or dissapointment? I don't know. I suppose a win is a win?

..I'd like to thank all those people who bothered to put up the colourful and cheery Christmas lights, decorating their homes for us all to see. Well done to these people for putting a smile on the faces of the many.

I know someone from Isleworth who's dad won 1.6m a couple of years ago.Ended up giving his son's wife £350,000 divorce settlement.

Ian I sincerely hope that you get your BMW, good luck with the lottery ticket. If you don’t win and I win before you, I’ll buy you the BMW motorcycle by means of an exchange of labour. I’ll be looking for a chauffeur for a trip to Ascot - are you up for the deal?

For the Government to tow the line in respect of our rights under the Human Rights Act. After all, they incorporated it into law. A BMW motorcycle - a wish on my part - lottery ticket purchased.For snow as it adds to the festivities.

Well said Gareth. I'd like to see a reign put on companies profiteering from cheap labour and the removal of the terrible conditions that many people of the world have to work in to provide us with a new pair of trainers etc....Like the remark about human responsibilities,I've thought that for some time. I'm sick of hearing talk of human rights without the mention of responsibilities.
