So much money has been squandered with good intentions,all Governments past & present are unfortunately guilty parties.None would appear to have learnt lessons,in all probability whoever wins the next election will just carry on with those good intentions!!!What makes a great country is a Government who is prepared to go out on a limb for their people in this instance the UK.All monies paid to all those other countries plus billions paid to the EU would be far better spent within the UK.By doing this our Hospitals,Fire Stations & Police plus our Armed Forces would be safe from cuts & redundancies, we can no longer be complacent and say Oh! it wont be too bad because it will and is,at the moment every other day any hospital is overloaded with A & E which they cannot cope with.If they do the unthinkable and close Charing Cross in exchange for a few blocks of Flats where will all those patients go to,when hospitals have already had Wards closed plus our population has grown considerably due to migration & immigration.. Who will have the expertise to treat those Cancer Patients will they be sent home with a few pills to die!this could be your Mum,Dad,Brother or Sister,Nan or Granddad,we need these Hospitals and we have to start making our voices heard.Life is worth so much more than a few bob if we don't voice our concern how will those in power realise that we do care about what they do and that they are accountable to we the electorate.
