Most of them went out last Wednesday and Thursday, although I noticed a few were still going out today (I work on the post!).

I'm wondering what to spend the saving on...any suggestions?

You can mock Keith, but it must be a big story cos it's headline news on the latest Labour leaflet. In fact they've used the whole of the front page of an election leaflet to tell us it's not an election gimmick.
I'll take your word for it Phil as I haven't read that particular flight of fancy. I'm sure it's a riveting read and it will come in handy as I've had difficulty getting to sleep lately.
I received mine on Friday but it didn't really matter as it was the same as last year
