Gordon Brown assembles team to take top jobs at No 10

Through her website at http://www.annkeenmp.org.uk/home/, Ann Keen advises us that she works with the Chancellor, Gordon Brown as his Parliamentary Private Secretary on debt relief. She does get paid an additional amount for being a Parliamentary Private SecretaryFriday’s Evening Standard featured a full page on key members of staff who have apparently been assembled to take on top jobs if Gordon Brown becomes Prime Minister. The likes of Ed Millibrand, Sue Nye, Gus O’Donnell, Spencer Livermore, Jon Cunliffe, Michael Ellam, Damian McBride, Beth Russel and Ian Austin were featured with mini biographies but no mention was made of Ann Keen. What a delectable thought.

Maybe she needs to move a bit closer to the Commons so that she can spend more time at work?
